Stronger Together

Longevity Training in Acworth

Strength, mobility, balance, and stamina, trained together and measured monthly, so the years ahead are active ones.

Strength, mobility, balance, and stamina, trained together so you stay active and independent for decades. Progressive, coach-led, and measured monthly, because the goal isn't a 12-week transformation. It's the next 30 years.

What Longevity Training Actually Means

It's easy to train for the next month. Longevity training asks a different question: what does your body need to keep doing the things you love at 70, 80, and beyond? The answer is the same four things, built steadily and kept up: strength to carry, lift, and get up without help; mobility to move without stiffness; balance to stay steady; and the stamina to enjoy a full day on the trails at Red Top Mountain or a morning walk around Lake Acworth.

The Four Pillars, In Every Program

Measured, Not Guessed

Longevity is a long game, and long games need checkpoints. Your first InBody scan sets your baseline for muscle mass and body composition, and monthly accountability sessions update it, so you and your coach can see the trend, not just how one week felt. Ongoing nutrition coaching keeps the habits outside the studio pulling in the same direction.

Coached, Not Left Alone

Consistency is what makes longevity training work, and consistency is easier when someone is expecting you. Sessions are capped at six people with a certified coach who knows your name, adjusts every movement to your body, and notices when something is off. That's the difference between a plan you start and a plan you keep.

Longevity training runs through small group personal training, whether you're coming in through strength training for adults 40+ or strength training for adults 60+. Everyone starts with a Starting Point Session, and through October 12, founding membership gets you first pick of session times and our founders rate.

Common Questions

What is longevity training?

Training that builds the strength, mobility, balance, and stamina you need to stay active and independent for decades, not just for the next 12 weeks. At Alloy, that means progressive strength work, attention to how you move, and habits that hold up in real life, coached in a small group and tracked with monthly InBody scans.

Is this program really designed for people my age and fitness level?

Yes. While our programs are primarily designed for adults 40 and over, we welcome members of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're brand new to strength training or returning after time off, our expert coaches and supportive small-group format ensure you feel confident, safe, and empowered every step of the way.

How often will I get scanned?

Your first InBody scan happens at your Starting Point Session, and scans are updated every 30 days in your accountability session. Monthly is frequent enough to catch real change and adjust your program, without chasing normal week-to-week noise.

Do I get a meal plan?

No, and that's deliberate. Rather than promoting fad diets or restrictive meal plans, we focus on evidence-based nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle and complement your strength training program. And it doesn't end after an initial conversation: members receive ongoing nutrition coaching throughout their membership.

Every Membership Starts the Same Way

Getting started is simple. Schedule a Starting Point Session: a no-pressure session where we assess how your body actually moves, talk through your goals and history, and map out a plan built around you. It's where you find out exactly what training with us will look like.
